The Snow Event

As everyone in the south knows, the entire regions shuts down at the threat of snow. That happened this week. So, we had a wonderful close to the week with some much needed family time. We only got a dusting..you could still see most of the grass, but none the less, Sophie and I had a blast playing in it. This was her first experience playing in the snow and she absolutely loved it! You could probably hear her squeals of delight miles away. Also, we are a week into potty training and we are slowly but surely getting better. I think I will celebrate when its finally over!

Jack has been so much fun lately as well. He is really developing his personality and is constantly talking and laughing. He is such a laid back boy. He is sleeping really well now, sometimes all night. We are so incredibly lucky to have such amazing children.

Jon and I have really enjoyed the past few days together. With our work schedules we rarely have much quality time together. We got started on watching Ally McBeal. Jon gave me the series for Christmas. I loved the show, but Jon has never seen it... so far Im not sure what he thinks of it. We also put our time to good use by doing some much needed cleaning of closets. How does that stuff get so jumbled up so quickly?
snow pics to come!
