Here we go!

To start the new year, I decided I should start a blog for our family. Hopefully I will stick with it. I love reading all of our friends blogs so hopefully this can be a way to keep all our family and friends updated on our lives.

Jon and I were discussing last night what a wonderful 2009 we have had. We have had too many blessings to count and feel so thankful. As the new year starts, I pray that this year will be just as wonderful.

Today we began another attempt at potty training for Sophie. She was kind of getting the hang of it before Jack joined our family, but since his arrival she wouldnt even attempt it. Hopefully this is it. She did so well today and even told me she needed to go a couple of times...and did! We only had 3 accidents all day. However, we are going to have to change our reward system. She was getting a Lindor truffle every time she went, so tonight she had just finished her reward and got up to dance to something on TV and ALL the truffles made a reappearance! So...Im guessing that is too much chocolate for one day!

Jack is 3 months now and such a wonderful baby! He rarely cries and is just a joy to be around. He has the sweetest smile and laugh that melts me every time. He is a becoming a very big boy quickly and is just the right size to snuggle. He is on the verge of rolling over, so were are cheering him on every time he is in the floor.

We are so excited and can't wait to see what 2010 brings our way!
